Please provide Gerber files, drill files, board specifications, quantity, material, thickness, copper weight, surface finish, solder mask color, and any testing requirements.

Tolerances depend on layer count, trace/space, hole size, copper weight, and board structure. Our engineering team reviews each project and confirms feasible specifications before production.

Common options include HASL, lead-free HASL, ENIG, OSP, immersion silver, immersion tin, hard gold, and multiple solder mask colors.

Available controls include DFM review, AOI, electrical test, X-ray inspection, impedance control, microsection analysis, and functional testing where required.

Lead time depends on material, complexity, quantity, and finish. Prototype orders can be faster, while high-layer HDI or special materials require longer engineering and production time.
